Why WordPress?
It is flexible, widely supported and lets you edit your own site without a developer. For a shop that sells mainly online we may suggest Shopify instead, and we will explain why.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. That is one of the main reasons to choose WordPress, and we set it up and train your team with that in mind.
Our WordPress site is slow. Can you fix it without rebuilding?
Often, yes. Most slow sites can be improved substantially by dealing with images, plugins, caching and hosting. If a rebuild is the honest answer, we will say so.
Do you use page builders such as Elementor?
When they suit the job. They make editing easier for non-developers; the skill is in using them without loading the site down.
What about hosting and updates?
We will recommend suitable hosting and set the site up so updates and backups are straightforward. Ask us about ongoing care when we talk.
